Description
I would guess this young stallion to be about three years old. He was hanging out with his mother but the stallion kept trying to drive him away. He joined another band of horses for a short time but when he realized his mother had wandered off with the stallion, he came running flat out. This image was taken in Sand Wash Basin northwest of Craig, Colorado.
